Mrs

Mrs. H is an 80-year-old widow that has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and has been told she has approximately 2 months to live. She has no children and one elderly friend who tries to visit her once a month. Before she became ill, she regularly attended the local Seniors Center in her neighborhood. Her health has deteriorated, and she now receives daily home care. The three palliative team members that she sees regularly are the social worker, CCA and a nurse.
