A mistake was made in coding was made i an annual mds assessment after the mistake was foundthe MDS had already been transmitted Two pressure ulcers were present at the time of the assessment, but neither of the pressure ulcers or treatment was coded. The CAA was not triggered.What is the correct way to handle this?
