I need help in replying to discussion on My name is Alison Vanegas. I live in Long Island, New York. I currently work in a Primary Care Physician office. I am enrolled in NCC-ESC Multi-Award Nursing Program. I am taking this class because it is a requirement for my degree. Aging and society is the only SUNY Empire course I am taking this semester. However, I am planning to register for Nursing research and Nursing informatics next semester. My career goal is to obtain my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN). I have been able to successfully balance work, family, and school throughout my educational journey by identifying my priorities. I create a planner in the beginning of each semester. This allows me to schedule study time, prepare for exams, as well as plan family and personal events. Planners have become great for managing my time effectively and staying organized. Additionally, I have learned the importance of seeking support from family and professors when needed. It is important to practice self care and take breaks to avoid burnout and maintain focus.
